Kickstart your health with this small group personal training. A blend of online and in person attendance to create a flexible program that works within your lifestyle and budget.

Weightlifting for the Female Body
Designed specifically for the female body with a special focus on pelvic health, alignment, and form. Explore exercises such as squats, deadlifts, and other weighted exercises using gym equipment to build overall strength, improve bone density, and increase metabolic rate.

Outdoor Yoga
In the tradition of Vijnana Yoga, we begin with a short sitting meditation and pranayama.
Situated within a grove of giant trees, overlooking the beautiful mountains and ocean, flow through sun salutations and the asanas for a refreshing and rejuvinating Sunday morning yoga class.
