The Kickstart Program - LEVEL TWO

Once you’ve completed The Kickstart Program, continue with this twice per week class designed to help you progress in developing your strength.

Apply all you’ve learned from The Kickstart Program and progress in your core development, strength, and endurance.

3 Month Program (12 Weeks)

2 Days / Week

Tuesdays & Thursdays

10:45 am - 12 pm

$240 plus gst / month (3 payments of)

January 6 - March 26, 2026

Weightlifting for the Female Body

Designed specifically for the female body with a special focus on pelvic health, alignment, and form. Explore exercises such as squats, deadlifts, and other weighted exercises using gym equipment to build overall strength, improve bone density, and increase metabolic rate.
